Fill a PDF form
Government and bank forms arrive with fillable fields, and Arabic letters break apart in the first editor you open. This tool reads the fields, shows them on the page exactly where they print, and takes your answers in a clear list underneath, with Arabic coming out properly joined.

Frequently asked questions
Why do Arabic letters break when I fill forms in other apps?
Most editors draw the value character by character in the font the form declares, which is usually a Latin face with no idea how to join Arabic letters, so they come out separated and in the wrong order. Here the value is painted through your own browser, which shapes Arabic the same way it does on screen, so the letters stay joined and the direction is right in the saved file.
Does the file stay an editable form after saving?
That is your choice. The default locks the values into the page and removes the fields, which is what you want when sending a form to an office: it arrives exactly as you typed it and nobody can change it. Choose keep the fields editable and the file stays a real form that can be reopened and changed later.
My form is printed or scanned and has no fields. What now?
This tool works on forms with interactive fields inside the file. A scan or a photo has none, and we say so plainly rather than pretending. The answer for those is the PDF editor: it lets you type anywhere on the page, in Arabic, with the same letter quality.
Is the form uploaded anywhere?
No. Reading the fields, filling them and saving the file all happen inside your browser on your device. Neither the form nor anything you typed into it leaves your machine at any point, and we keep none of it.
Can I fill checkboxes and dropdowns?
Yes. Checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdown lists all appear in the list with the choices the form defines. Pick one and you see it land in place on the page immediately.
The form already has values in it. Will they be wiped?
No. Whatever is already in the fields is read out and placed in the list ready to go, so you carry on where you stopped or change what you like. Fields the form marks as read only are shown as such and left untouched.
How is this different from the flatten tool?
The flatten tool takes a form you filled somewhere else and freezes its values. This tool is the filling itself: it reads the fields and lets you type into them, then locks them in the same step if you want.
