What usually travels with the contract
The unified lease downloads from the Ejar platform as its own PDF, but the person at the counter asks for more: ID or iqama copies for both parties, proof of ownership or the power of attorney, the handover form with the meter reading, and the rent payment receipts. As residential rent payment moves onto digital channels, every payment produces a separate document of its own, so what should be one file turns into a folder of loose downloads.
Order it the way it will be read
Put the contract first, then the ID copies, then proof of ownership or agency, then the handover form, then the payment documents oldest to newest. Whoever reviews the file looks for the contract number before anything else, so keeping it on the first page ends the review quickly. If some attachments are phone photos, convert them to PDF at A4 first and then merge, and if the result is too large for the portal, compress it afterwards.
Why the lease should not leave your device
A lease packs your name, your ID number, the landlord's bank account, your exact home address, and the meter number into a few pages. Uploading it to a foreign website just to staple pages together hands all of that to a party whose storage and retention you know nothing about. Does merging change the contract itself?
