Why these files run long
Most printable outputs, whether a wage certificate, an employment letter, a contribution record, or a request form, arrive as a single data page followed by one or two pages of instructions and terms, and sometimes a blank page at the end. The office that asked for the document wants the data page. Trimming the rest saves paper and makes the file far easier to read for whoever receives it, especially over WhatsApp or email.
Do not delete the page carrying the verification code
Many electronic certificates carry a verification number or a QR code that the receiving party uses to confirm the document with its issuer. Before you delete a page, check that the code or the certificate number is not on it; the preview shows pages large enough to tell. The tool reorders pages only: it does not edit the document's text, fill its fields, or add anything to it.
A file that carries your ID number and your income
These forms hold your national ID or iqama number, your employee number, your employer's name, and often your salary. Uploading them to a foreign organizing tool sends that to a server whose location and retention policy you do not know.
